Book Spotlight : We Need A Little Christmas by Abbie Adams and Katherine Deane

We Need a Little Christmas

by

Abbie Adams and Katherine Deane

Two wonderful stories combined in one magical sexy Christmas volume!

A Little Sugar A Little Spice, by Abbie Adams
Christmas is a time of magic and anticipation. Meri is far less concerned about what might be under her tree than she is about who is showing up on her doorstep. Though she adores her sister, Kim, even she has to admit that the woman tends to be the 'naughty' to Meri's 'nice'. Her husband, Sean, has already warned his little girl that he won't hesitate to turn her over his knee if she doesn't remember that their household has definite rules that are not to be broken. If she wishes to test her Daddy's resolve, instead of visions of sugarplums dancing in her head, his naughty little one will be dancing to the tune of a thick wooden spoon.

It doesn't take but two days before Kim has once again shown her true colors. Despite Meri's willingness to excuse her behavior, she finally admits that Kim's life would be so much better if someone cared for her the way her own Daddy did. Perhaps if Kim had her own bottom reddened, she would learn the error of her ways but would Meri ever have the courage to reveal the dynamics of her life to her sister?

When Sean invites Kim's boyfriend to dinner, the young woman is shocked-especially since she'd told Meri that they had broken up. She knows she isn't happy with her life but is worried what her sister might think if she learns what Kim really desires. Kyle is far less hesitant in reminding the stubborn woman he adores exactly who is in charge. Will the two sisters take the chance to unwrap the secrets they've both held onto for so long? Will they discover that loving men who appreciate both a little sugar and a little spice fulfills them in all ways and is the best Christmas present they could ever receive?

Excerpt:

"You're going to need your coat; it's already in the low twenties." He held it open as if expecting her to do exactly as he asked and step into it.

"I can take care of myself. If I wanted a coat I would have grabbed it." It didn't matter that it was ridiculous to stand there denying the warm coat when her nipples had already pebbled hard under her thin cream colored cashmere sweater. Thank God for her thickly-padded pink lace bra. Of course, Kyle always knew. He could read her body like a book and it responded to him now the same way it always did. His voice made her wet and achy for his attention.

"Don't be difficult. Put your coat on like a good girl." He stepped forward and put it around her shoulders anyway. His words, the use of her favorite title, stroked her desire like a caress. She could almost hear them, raspy against her ear, while he pressed her against the brick wall of the house behind them and pounded into her needy pussy.

Fuck. She had to stay focused. She clamped the coat around her and started to walk. "Why are you here, Kyle?" she ground out his name with determination. It was an insult in the simplest form.

"You keep right on adding to the list. I've got your tab. You will come back and when you do, you'll pay up. I'm patient enough to anticipate that punishment session and wait for it." His deep voice was filled with confidence and power. Somewhere deep inside her, she knew the truth was exactly as he'd just called it. He'd stopped walking when he stopped talking and she'd followed suit. A natural habit. He was staring down at her with his wolfishly dark eyes. "You know why I'm here. I love you and I want you to come home. You can only run for so long."

He'd traced the line of her jaw with his finger while his husky voice trailed down her spine. When he pressed his warm hand to her cheek, just laying it there, she pressed her face against it. Longing filled her being.

She loved this man, everything about him. She just didn't like herself when she was with him. She was needy and weak. She ceased being when she was near him. Everything was about him, and his pleasure. About serving him. About being owned.

"I miss you. I miss waking with my nose pressed into your hair. I miss waking to the smell of your pussy after thoroughly fucking you and spanking your clit until you screamed. I miss your whimpers when I wake you by squeezing a handful of your cane-striped ass cheeks. I miss fucking your ass hard, while filling your pussy with the big white dildo, and you telling me it's too much yet begging me for more." He did nothing more but stand there, not reaching for her any more than his hand pressed against her face, while his voice fucked her senses. She continued to press against him, finally stepping forward to press her cheek to his warm chest.

"I miss you too, Sir," she whispered, trying hard to remember why she'd run from the man.

"It's your call, baby. You left," he reminded her. "You ready to tell me why?"

We Need a Little Christmas, by Katherine Deane
Thirty-three year old, Ivy Henry seems to have it all. A well-paying job, a new house, and her wonderful HOH/husband, Jack. At her request, they had incorporated Domestic Discipline into their marriage a few years ago and she flourished under his love, guidance, and support.

But, this year's holiday season is wreaking havoc on their calm relationship. Between the stress of work and hosting this year's Christmas Eve party for all the family, Ivy is becoming more and more out of control. To top it off, she has a secret she can't share with Jack.

Their relationship is wonderful but she wants more—a chance to explore her younger side. Ivy desires to do Age Play but is fighting her needs because it is embarrassing. How can she trust Jack not to laugh when she tells him she wants to curl up on his lap at night and call him Daddy?

Jack has been watching Ivy slip away emotionally for the past year. His beautiful, sweet wife is now always angry and ill tempered. DD just doesn't seem to be cutting it any longer. He can tell she is unhappy, but doesn't know how to help her until the day he finds her chat sessions on her computer. Discovering hope again, he begins to make plans to escape from this stressful holiday. He will introduce his precious Ivy to her new daddy—him. They both need to reconnect and they both need a Little Christmas.

Excerpt :

Ivy had expressed a huge desire to have what these women had. She told them about her high stress job, and the awful high heeled shoes, and her bitch and jerks of bosses. She never used any real names. Thank God. He would have spanked her so hard she wouldn't have sat comfortably until after New Year's if she had. But she was smart. She expressed her deepest concerns and dreams. She wanted her husband to play daddy.

She loved Disney, snuggles, baby animals, coloring, eating with her mouth open, stomping through puddles and pouting at her husband. Oh yeah, she did do that a lot. Ivy wanted to escape for a while, and let her younger side run free. But she was too embarrassed to say anything. This news turned his coffee sour in his stomach. She didn't trust him enough to tell him this—her biggest desires and needs?

He could have helped her if he had known what she needed. She said she needed time to let go. To have no responsibilities. To act out, and know there would be repercussions. And most importantly, that he—Jack—would never get angry and leave her.

That made a ton of sense, considering her past. Her own father was so cold and distant, always working, never home. Not the sort of man to converse, and definitely not hold a young daughter on his lap and snuggle. It made sense she would want this after not receiving it growing up.

Could he give Ivy what she wanted? What she needed? Furrowing his brow, he opened a new browser and typed in the keywords. He didn't know much about what pretend daddies did with their grown women/pretend little girls. But he was pretty good at gathering information. He was going to find out everything he could about this Ageplay. And he was going to be the best daddy she could ever have.

He was going to have to spank his wife. No. Tonight, he would be paddling the bare bottom of his very naughty, little girl. Little girls don't hide things from their daddies. And Ivy was going to be one very sore, very sorry little girl when he was through with her. And then they would sniggle and talk.

But first, he needed to do his research.

Katherine Deane is a multi-published, top 100 romantic and BDSM author and romantic at heart.
She loves cheese, red wine, chocolate, and snuggling up with her daughters’ kittens while reading a good book.
When not reading, or writing, you can find her knitting, sewing, crafting, or doing pretty much anything to keep her hands busy. She has taken over the dining room AKA craft room, much to her husband’s dismay. In one of her books, an energetic “craftaholic” would find herself over her husband’s knee for losing an important document in a pile of bi-cone crystals and mod podge. Her real life, and the people in them, give her plenty of ideas to work with.
Katherine has dubbed herself the queen of cheese. Not only is she a former Midwestern Cheese Head; she also loves to incorporate it into her books.
In her opinion, all romance deserves at least one cheesy scene that makes you cry.
